Here's how it works:
1. Email one pet photo to:
Contest@AdobeVet.com

If you're using webmail (i.e. Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail, etc.) copy the address (Contest@AdobeVet.com) and paste into an email within your email account.

2. Include your full name, pet's name, phone number, and let us know if you're a current client.

The Prize: $20.00 credit toward your next visit plus your pet's photo will be featured on our next ad coupon through Options!

The Details: The contest is once a month. At the end of each month we'll choose from the submissions.

Limit: One picture per owner. If you have multiple pets please select one photo for submission.
